Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Checkin time 2pm

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
You will be required to give a $100.00 pre-authorisation via Visa, MasterCard and AMEX (WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH). This will be used for any incidentals or mini bar charges that may be incurred throughout the guests stay.
The pre-authorisation will cancelled day of departure. Kindly present a valid credit card on arrival.

Yes, WiFi access is available in every apartment.
Q: Is there car parking available?
Two easy to maintain car lifts will seamlessly and safely transport your car to one of our four levels of secure parking via hand-held remote controls and swipe card access and backed by state-of-the-art CCTV monitoring. One complimentary car park is available per apartment. Please note, 2.05m height restrictions do apply
